Grażyna Potwora

Lean Management Expert

She graduated from Psychology at the University of Silesia. She is a Lean Management consultant with many years of experience. She has worked as a Project Manager and Senior Expert in manufacturing and service process transformations for almost 22 years. Since 2010 she has been associated with Leanpassion. Prior to that, she ran her own consulting company for 10 years: Polskie Centrum Produktywności Sp. z o.o. Her specialty is Lean tools and soft elements of Lean transformation.

Bartosz Długokęcki

CEO & Co-Founder

Bartosz is a specialist in strategic transformation, using Lean methodology. He has 12 years of experience in supporting organizations around the world, conducting more than 50 projects that have resulted in millions of dollars of benefits for clients in various industries. Bartosz has transferred his experience in business consulting to the development of technology solutions that help companies improve process efficiency, as well as increase employee satisfaction and engagement. As of 2019, Bartosz runs the company "Sherlock Waste".
