GEFCO Poland

As much as 9-fold increase in the number of suggestions made per person

GEFCO Poland is part of the GEFCO Group, one of Europe's ten largest logistics operators. The company has been operating on the Polish market since April 1999, with headquarters in Warsaw and branches in thirteen locations across the country. It employs more than 600 people and offers global and innovative logistics solutions.

What problem did the company have?

For more than a dozen years, GEFCO Poland had been using the STIM suggestion system, which relied on paper forms. This system did not work well, and employees were reluctant to report problems and their ideas for solving them. Despite many activation campaigns, the effects were short-lived.
