Fabryka Mebli Forte S.A. is one of the leading furniture manufacturers in Europe, specializing in the production of box furniture for self-assembly. The company has been in business since 1992 and exports its products to many countries around the world.
Forte's goal in partnering with Sherlock Waste was toenhance safety at its facilities by actively involving employees in identifying and eliminating hazards.
The implementation of Sherlock Waste at Forte has allowed the company to effectively improve its security processes by actively involving employees in identifying risks and submitting ideas for improvements.
📌 The intuitive application enabled quick submission of reports with photos and descriptions, making it easier to identify problems.

📌 Hazard elimination addressed both machine safety and general working conditions, such as noise and temperature.
With 1,529 reports, Forte has significantly improved safety at its plants and created a culture of continuous improvement in which employees actively participate in improving working conditions.
As a result of implementing Sherlock Waste, Forte has seen impressive results:
"Sherlock waste limited liability company" implements the project: "Expansion of products of Sherlock Waste company to foreign markets." under the contract POIR.03.03.03-02-0138/20-00 in the Operational program Intelligent Development 2014-2020, 3.3.3 Support for SMEs in the Promotion of Product Brands - GoToBrand. The aim of the project is to reach new foreign markets with the company's products, in particular the USA, UK, DAH and the Middle East. Total project value: 332,520 PLN net Total EU funding: PLN 282,642 net.
