Kramp Ltd. is a leader in the e-commerce and retail industry, offering spare parts and accessories for the agricultural and technical sectors. The company has 528 employees and has been in business for more than 70 years.
Prior to the implementation of Sherlock Waste , Kramp used another suggestion system that did not meet expectations. The number of requests was low, many problems were left unresolved, and the rate of unanswered requests was too high. The company needed a more effective tool to manage employee suggestions and problems in order to restore trust and commitment to the suggestion system.
It began with an analysis of the company's needs and requirements to tailor the system to Kramp's specific business.
Workshops were held to familiarize employees with different types of waste and encourage them to identify problems.
A pilot project was implemented in selected teams, which proved successful.
After positive results from the pilot, the application was rolled out across the company, involving 582 employees.
An information campaign and training were conducted so that every employee could effectively use the platform.
