L'Oréal is a global leader in the cosmetics industry, offering a wide range of products in skin care, makeup, perfume and hair care. L'Oréal decided to implement Sherlock Waste to improve process efficiency and increase employee engagement. The company faced the challenge of creating a safe space to raise issues and ideas for improvement, where employees could share their suggestions without fear of negative feedback.
By implementing the Sherlock Waste platform, L'Oréal has created a dynamic culture of improvement within the organization. More than 55% of the team actively participated in the process, reporting 356 issues, half of which were successfully resolved, saving dozens of man-hours. The introduction of a network of ambassadors and changes in scoring increased motivation and trust within teams, laying a solid foundation for further improvements.
As a result of implementing Sherlock Waste, L'Oreal has seen impressive results:
"Sherlock waste limited liability company" implements the project: "Expansion of products of Sherlock Waste company to foreign markets." under the contract POIR.03.03.03-02-0138/20-00 in the Operational program Intelligent Development 2014-2020, 3.3.3 Support for SMEs in the Promotion of Product Brands - GoToBrand. The aim of the project is to reach new foreign markets with the company's products, in particular the USA, UK, DAH and the Middle East. Total project value: 332,520 PLN net Total EU funding: PLN 282,642 net.
