Processing of personal data

We process your personal data obtained on the Website, mainly through the relevant forms available on the Website and to the extent derived therefrom, for the following purposes:

  • to perform a contract to which you are a Party in connection with the purchase of a license or other product of Sherlock Waste sp. z o.o., and to take action, at your request, prior to the conclusion of that contract (the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the "General Data Protection Regulation") ("GDPR"));
  • to fulfill your request for contact or to present you with our offer, based on your consent (basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA);
  • marketing, in particular for the purpose of sending newsletters, which is the realization of our legitimate interest. We send such information, of course, on the basis of your consent to electronic communication (basis of 6(1)(f) RODO);
  • for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the possible establishment, investigation or defense of our claims related to the use of the Service, which is the realization of our legitimate interest (the basis of 6(1)(f) RODO).

If you acquire a license or other product of Sherlock Waste sp. z o.o., We will process your data: (i) for the performance of the contract to which you are a Party in connection with the acquisition of a license or other product, and to take action, at your request, prior to the conclusion of this contract (the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) RODO), (ii) for archival (evidential) purposes which are the realization of our legitimate interest of securing information in case of a legal need to prove facts (the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) RODO), (iii) to survey your satisfaction, based on our legitimate interest (basis of Art. 6(1)(f) RODO), and (iv) for the purpose and to the extent necessary to possibly establish, assert or defend our claims related to the use of the Service, which is the realization of our legitimate interest (basis of Art. 6(1)(f) RODO).

If you sign up to receive information materials from us, including newsletters, we will process your data: (i) for the purpose of sending you commercial information electronically in the form of e-mails, including newsletters, to the indicated e-mail address and in the form of SMS text messages to the indicated cell phone number, which is the realization of our legitimate interest in doing so (the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) RODO), (ii) for archival (evidence) purposes, which is the realization of our legitimate interest in securing information in the event of a legal need to prove facts (basis of Art. 6(1)(f) RODO), (iii) to survey your satisfaction, based on our legitimate interest (basis of Art. 6(1)(f) RODO).

We will process data obtained for the purpose of fulfilling your contact request until you withdraw your consent to its processing. In the case of processing your data for marketing purposes, we will process them until you object to such processing. Data necessary for the possible establishment, investigation or defense of our claims related to the use of the Website, including in connection with registration on the Website, we will store until the statute of limitations for such claims.

Your Rights

You have the right to access and rectify your data, as well as to request their deletion, limitation of their processing, objection to their processing, including objection to processing for marketing purposes, as well as their transfer, in the case of processing on the basis of consent given to us or for the performance of a contract.

We do not share your data collected through the Service with third parties unless we receive your consent to do so, except for our vetted subcontractors to whom we may entrust your data for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Service, service providers, including accounting and legal or IT solutions or other consulting services, and Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL limited liability company Polish Branch, Atrium Plaza, Al.
