WTW (Willis Towers Watson) is a global consulting firm specializing in risk management, insurance, retirement planning and strategic consulting. It offers comprehensive solutions for companies and institutions, helping them optimize risks and costs, and supporting them in personnel management and strategic decisions.
WTW decided to implement the solution to improve internal processes and increase employee engagement in improving them. A key goal was to create a secure space for submitting ideas and issues, and to enable effective management of these submissions to quickly respond to challenges and make improvements.
The implementation of the Sherlock Waste system at WTW has made it possible to effectively manage requests for improvements and problems within the organization. In the two years since implementation, more than 200 improvements have been reported, most of which have been closed with a substantive response. Both minor changes, such as improvements in logging into systems, and larger projects, such as digitizing the customer needs analysis form, have been implemented. The implementation of the solution has helped to increase employee engagement, optimize processes and create a space for open conversations, with long-term benefits for the organization.
