"Sherlock waste limited liability company" implements the project: "Expansion of products of Sherlock Waste company to foreign markets." under the contract POIR.03.03.03-02-0138/20-00 in the Operational program Intelligent Development 2014-2020, 3.3.3 Support for SMEs in the Promotion of Product Brands - GoToBrand. The aim of the project is to reach new foreign markets with the company's products, in particular the USA, UK, DAH and the Middle East. Total project value: 332,520 PLN net Total EU funding: PLN 282,642 net.

"Sherlock waste limited liability company is implementing the project titled"Sherlock Waste". on the basis of the Support Agreement concluded on January 9, 2019 with Tech-Impact Fund Sp. z o.o., based in Krakow, Tech-Impact Fund Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością ASI sp. k., based in Krakow, and the National Research and Development Center, based in Warsaw, co-financed from the European Union funds under the Operational Program Inteligentny Rozwój 2014-2020, Measure 1.3: R&D works financed with the participation of capital funds, Sub-measure 1.3.1: Support for R&D Projects in the Preseed Phase by Proof of Concept Funds - Bridge Alpha.

The purpose of the Project is to carry out research and development work, which will result in the development of a tool - a mobile application permanently increasing the involvement of employees in the improvement of the company (so-called Continous Improvement). The tool will serve to:

• Engage employees in identifying and reporting problems and waste* occurring in the company;
• aggregate data related to waste reported by company employees;
• identify eliminable waste based on the data collected;
• Initiate processes to eliminate identified waste based on good market practices and lean methodology assumptions;
• Building a culture of managers who will make decisions based on data instead of intuition.
